For example, joint pains, pain of knees or thighs, massage twice in the morning and evening. For an old, chronic and intricate back ache, apply massage of the same oil and get rid of the problem. The prescription is written as follows.

Hoo-Al-Shaafi: kath talkh, phatkari (potasalum), Aanba haldi (turmeric powder), Alsi, 100 grams each of each one of them. Grind them and boil them in 3 liters of water. When one liter water is left, sieve them and mix 1 kilo pure oil of sesame seeds and cook it on extremely low flame. Cook it for two days. When all the water is evaporated then put 50 grams ratan jote in it while it is hot and keep it for 3 days. After 3 days sieve it and save. Miraculous oil is ready. (Zakkiya Fazal Kareem)
